So grateful for Johnny with JEG’s coming to the rescue today! We woke up to a dripping water sound coming from our laundry room this morning to find that our water heater had just started leaking. I called him right away and he walked us step by step through what to do until he could get here. He came on a Saturday and replaced our water heater without a hitch or a scratch! He also had to navigate moving our washer and dryer out of the room and maneuvering a very small space. He was knowledgeable and thorough in explaining everything and answering all of our questions. The water temperature in our shower was not getting hot anymore. Turns out a part inside the valve was broken and had to be replaced. Johnny came over and took care of it asap. I've known him for several years and I refer him to all my friends, family and clients when anyone needs a great plumber I trust that he will take good care of anyone I refer.

Johnny came out to my house today to provide an estimate for the work I need done. He went into great detail, explaining everything that I would need and why I would need it. He ran several tests while he was here which he explained to me so I understood why I needed what I need. I feel very comfortable moving forward with my jobs and will update once the work is complete. Update: Jobs are completed. The work looks great and everything was left clean.

Johnny is accurate, professional, timely, kind, honest, respectful and fun. He loves his work. On top of that his estimates, documentation of work, administrative management are faster and more organized than I have ever experienced and I am 70+ with a home almost my age... As for the honesty, while most of the work he did was a bit more demanding than expected, one item was half as difficult; so he autonomously reduced the estimate to reflect that. That too never happened to me. I have learned in time that putting your house in the hands of a bad plumber is like putting your body in the hands of a poor surgeon. All of John's work in fact was directly or indirectly the result of previous bad plumbing in a bare studs (expensive!!!) remodel of the bathroom. I leave the conclusions to you...
